The Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong brings a cool breeze from the Baltic shores this winter with visiting Chef Robert Jacobsson presenting a six-day special of his Nordic brasserie fare.

Hailing from Sweden, Jacobsson's Nordic cuisine has achieved international press attention for the acclaimed Nimb Hotel here at the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, where he is currently Executive Chef.

Proudly listing Michelin-starred "1 Lombard Street", London and world's best "NOMA", Copenhagen as his training grounds, Chef Jacobsson’s authentic style is fresh and honest, allowing the use of the finest ingredients to speak for themselves.

From 17. November - 22. November inclusive, The Lounge will showcase Jacobsson’s signature dishes with a set lunch menu and an evening à la carte selection.

Yes...surely it does seem too early to talk about, but if you happen to be in Copenhagen on Xmas eve, this is where it's at. We just love the idea of a Nordic dinner combined with a sleepover at the Nimb hotel.

You have a choice between a Double Deluxe Room and a Junior Suite.
The evening starts at 5:30 pm with drinks and snacks - then moving on to a four-course Nordic Xmas dinner at the Nimb Brasserie - with or without a wine menu (Nimb has an incredible wine cellar).
Finally coffee and Danish Xmas sweets served in the beautifully decorated bar room.

Xmas morning you will be served breakfast- in bed if you like.

BELLA SKY is the latest and biggest hotel of the North, designed by Danish 3XN architects.

The hotel is connected to the Bella Center, which is Copenhagen's biggest trade- and convention center, hosting trade fairs, exhibitions and international events.
With a location between the airport and the center of Copenhagen - this is an ideal place to stay, when you are in town on business.

The rooms are very Danish in their non-expressive functionality, and nothing much to write home about.

HOWEVER, you didn't come here to sleep and the Bella Sky is quite spectacular, offering an endless variety of very modern unconventional styling, which on the other hand is something to talk about.
