ERA ORA*
Era Ora's roots lie in Umbria and Tuscany, but the food is both expansive and progressive. Risotto and light pasta recipes from Northern Italy have been twisted, along with Sicilian and Sardinian classics such as arancinis, wild fennel flowers and tender spring lamb.
Era Ora’s delicate and creative dishes are served in the beautiful 18th century premises across from the charming old canals of Christianshavn.

GERANIUM*

Home of the GOLD Bocuse d'Or

The restaurant is situated on the 8th floor in Fælledparken (Common Gardens) in the center of Copenhagen, from where one can follow the seasons' journey through the tree crowns, catch glimpses of the city's green copper roofs and just glimpse the windmills of Oeresund.
The location emphasizes Geranium's vision of gastronomic clarity and diversity, exploring the area of tension between the urbane and the natural.

KONG HANS KÆLDER*
The cuisine at Kong Hans Kælder is based on the classic traditions of French gastronomy supplemented by inspiration from the cuisines and raw materials of other countries.
The restaurant is located in the oldest building in Copenhagen. Gothic arches, constructed more than half a millennium ago, lend the restaurant its medieval atmosphere.
