FOUR NEW EATERIES

Copenhagen prides itself with a lot of Michelin star worthy chefs and restaurants, perhaps too many for a small city like ours.

The Michelin stars are of course prestigious and great to achieve, however, a star doesn't necessarily pay the bills. We now see a tendency among these talented star-chefs to break away from the renowned Nordic Michelin mold - to create great menus for everyone to enjoy.
