GEIST

The restaurant is located in the King's Square (Kongens Nytorv) - and is perhaps the most thouroughly designed eatery in the city.

An eatery where you can relax, unwind and savor the moment.

Bo Bech the owner and head chef (another Danish Michelin awarded chef during his time at Restaurant Paustian) serves what he describes as Pleasure
Foods, made from pure ingredients and true enthusiasm. A very unique menu at surpringly affordable prices.
Bo Bech wants GEIST to be for everyone, with a menu consisting of light savory dishes, slightly larger savory dishes and all things sweet. It is recommended that you begin by choosing a few dishes, and if you should feel the desire for more, you can simply order as you please.

The steak house concept have won over the people of Copenhagen and no wonder.

From the Danish Fjords

A delight from the Danish fjords, ready to be served!

Danish fjord shrimps (tiny) are one of the Summer's local and unique flavors, and they are being served now- we spotted the sign 'Fjordrejer' outside the great l'Alsace restaurant in Ny Østergade this week. Don't miss this Nordic treat when visiting. More info

More Stars

for Copenhagen!

One of the four new 2012 Michelin star awarded restaurants in Copenhagen is newly established Grønbech & Churchill located at Esplanaden near Langelinie.

Beautiful ingredients in a beautiful setting...what more can we ask for? Classic cuisine with a twist, great for both lunch and dinner.

Grønbech & Churchill will happily create a vegetarian menu for you, which is still quite unusual for Copenhagen eateries.

Excellence For All. . .

RETOUR is a great 'Bistro Moderne' full of passion, youthful spirit and some really excellent cooking.

A chef with a Michelin star in his back pocket, Rasmus Oubæk and his partner Jesper Marcussen of Nimb, have broken the mold and managed to unite high end quality ingredients with affordable prices and great service. (not much of the latter in this town, you know)

Well, this concept has resultet in Retour being the darling of the Danish food critics these days, and most importantly- of their guests. YUM!
